Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to provide access to the service location (where applicable) may result in additional charges, reduced booking priority, or, in serious or repeated cases, refusal of future service, subject to applicable law. 5. SMS / A2P Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from Control HVAC & Refrigeration Ltd.. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, updates or changes to your bookings, service notifications, follow-up messages related to past services, and occasional promotional or marketing messages, where permitted by applicable law.
